He was very brave. It moved around and wriggled its nose and roared a little bit. Children absolutely spell bound. All the while the guy behind is explaining all about Polar bears. It was wonderful. I think it’s his lunch box on his back!
He was fantastic – one of the highlights of the day. Completely capture the children’s imagination – tales of a big scary polar bear but this one was tame enough to touch. As long as you gave him space and were gentle with him – the whole thing was brilliant.
Molly – he was so life like – he blinked, he roared – and the bloke had a complete explanation for how he was in the park and totally tame. I was almost convinced it was real.
He probably was. It was a glorious day. We went on Friday and I think it was the coolest of the 3 days. There was lots of shade provided and thoughtful picnic areas under the trees but it was roasting!
Thanks for giving me a sunshine fix with your photo
gorgeous polar too
Mind I am not sure he needs that coat but *looks out window* I do!!!
It was very hot and my sunshine fix too – back in the north and it’s cloudy
It was a great day wasn’t it? I liked the Gorillas too!
It was a fantastic day – I was really impressed. Glad you enjoyed too. Didn’t see the gorillas am disappointed now.
Wow, you went to a Festi? But what is on the bear’s head?
We went to Lollibop in Regents Park. Really impressed with line up, organisation etc. would def recommend.
Ooh so lifelike its pretty scary, what a brave child!! Looks like a great day!

Oh, it all looks like so much fun.
Lollibop was so much fun.
Good morning sir, can I help you?
Exactly!
Oh he does look big and fearsome, yet cuddly too!

Oh we missed this? He looks adorable
He was fab. I’m still not sure if it was remote controlled or there was someone inside!
What is he carrying on his back? Looks like your little one can’t take his eyes off him!
I think it was his supplies. My son was wary but fascinated. A fantastic bit of a great day out at Lollibop.
Possibly the most random and hilarious Silent Sunday ever. LOVE it. Looks like you had a brilliant time! x

Did Noo like it? Hope you all had a brilliant day! The sun was out too yeehaa
he was a little bit wary but totally fascinated. Bjorn the Polar bear was my fave thing. We had a brilliant day. Exceeded expectations.
Wow that looks so real!
it was amazing – it even wrinkled it’s nose. I wanted to take it home.
That guy in the coat must have been baking!

Looks and sounds like you had a fab time.
This is just a tiny slice of a fabulous day – so much to do and see.
That looks like one very hot Polar Bear. I’m glad you had a great time.
Waahh! He’s a long way from home !
I know, but he was very friendly and not at all grumpy about it
oh that looks brilliant – glad you had such a super time x
Thanks Jenny. It was such a clever idea – educational and fascinating and totally believable. Great idea!
Hope he was enjoying the sunshine! Looks like you had a lovely day
He did. I think the fire breathing sculpture might have been more suited to the sunshine but we loved the polar bear!
I keep looking again. Is it real? No, I don’t think so – but I can’t be sure.
In the “flesh” it was very life like. Aside from head and body movements, it moved it’s eyes and nose. Children loved it.
Loving the polar bear in London and Noo’s hat.
Is he real or are my pregnancy hormones driving me insane? Fab pic!
I see no cava!
